With a background in clinical counseling and a passion for helping others thrive, I take a warm, collaborative, and goal-oriented approach to therapy. I primarily utilize Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), which emphasizes strengths, resilience, and practical steps toward your desired future. Together, we identify what’s working, envision your goals, and build on your existing abilities to create meaningful progress. I also integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help challenge unhelpful thought patterns and promote healthier thinking, emotional regulation, and behavior change. Whether you're facing anxiety, relationship issues, or simply feeling stuck, we will work together to set clear goals and develop actionable steps.
