About My Clients
I help individuals navigate depression, anxiety, unresolved trauma, and challenging life transitions using compassionate, evidence-based care. This process includes learning unlearning old habits, new habits, and uncovering and breaking unhealthy cycles. As your therapist, I bring an easy-going and non-judgmental approach to our sessions.
My Background and Approach
I have a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am also trained in DBT (Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy). I have a collaborative and client-centered approach to therapy, tailoring my techniques to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual. I use a combination of evidence-based approaches such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Therapy, and Positive Psychology. My approach includes integrating the mind, body and spirit to help people on their path of evolving emotionally, physically and mentally to find harmony in their life.

I believe that by developing a deeper understanding of yourself, you can foster self-acceptance and a sense of wholeness. I'm here to hold space and accept you for who you truly are. My ideal client is open minded and willing to be challenged. As your therapist, my objective is to help you understand your symptoms and support you with the tools you need to manage them. I will be working collaboratively with you while challenging you to grow.
