The overthinking, the self-doubt, the worry; it’s exhausting. You keep ending up in the same frustrating situations, making the same choices that don’t serve you, and you don’t know why. Life can be extremely chaotic and it’s easy to feel you’ve lost your way. Together, we will develop the skills you need to cope, build confidence, recognize your worth & reclaim your life. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been in the mental health field for 15+ years. I'm realistic with a side of woo. My services are integrative. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
No one has all their shit together, including me, so bring me your chaos and let’s dig in! When I’m not working, I spend way too much time eating tacos, listening to 90’s rap, and bingeing reality TV. I’m fun, in a boring kind of way. I believe in supporting people's humanity, not debating it.
