About My Clients
Many of the individuals and families I work with are navigating complex, often misunderstood experiences—autism, ADHD, anxiety, mood challenges, or some combination of these. They’re thoughtful, perceptive, and often doing their best in systems that don’t always understand how they think or experience the world. Some have been diagnosed early, while others are figuring things out later in life after years of feeling “different.”

My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I’m deeply committed to neurodiversity-affirming care and to creating spaces where individuals feel understood rather than pathologized. Much of my work is centered around helping patients and families reframe differences in a way that feels empowering, while still addressing the very real mental health challenges that can come with navigating systems that aren’t always built for them.
