My Background and Approach
As a therapist with both lived experience and clinical skills, I help individuals by using a Person-Centered approach. I draw on Solution-Focused Therapy, Attachment Theory, Play Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive Therapy. I work with both adults and children (ages 3-12).
