About My Clients
My clients often come to me feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand. They’re thoughtful, self-aware, and tired of holding it all together. I work with people who want to slow things down, make sense of their inner world, and build more ease and self-trust in their lives and relationships.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist (LCAT) providing psychotherapy to adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My background allows me to integrate relational, insight-oriented therapy with creative and somatic approaches that help clients access emotions that can be hard to put into words. I focus on understanding patterns—internally and relationally—while offering practical strategies for emotional regulation and grounding. My style is warm and collaborative, and direct when helpful. Clients often leave sessions with greater self-awareness, emotional flexibility, and a stronger sense of clarity and self-trust.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that therapy should be a space where people feel deeply seen, respected, and safe to show up exactly as they are. I believe in growth, change, and the nervous system’s capacity to heal when given the right support. My work is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and an understanding of how relationships, identity, culture, and past experiences shape the way we move through the world. I am committed to providing an affirming, inclusive space and strongly value social justice, equity, and mental health access. I believe therapy works best when it is collaborative, honest, and grounded in the belief that you are not broken—you’re responding to your life in ways that once made sense, and together we can create something new.
