About My Clients
You may be doing your best to move forward while anxiety, low mood or an old relationship pattern keeps pulling you back. Perhaps you feel lonely even around other people, question your worth, struggle to express what you need or lose yourself in dating and relationships. I work with adults who want to feel more connected to themselves, make sense of what is keeping them stuck and build a life with more meaning and steadiness.
My Background and Approach
My approach is warm, calm and holistic. We will pay attention to the whole picture: thoughts, emotions, relationships, the body and, when it matters to you, spirituality. I draw from psychodynamic and person-centered therapy, CBT, ACT, mindfulness and sensorimotor work. Sessions may involve understanding how an attachment pattern developed, noticing what your body is communicating, practicing new ways to respond or clarifying the values you want to live by. I listen closely, make space for big emotions and help you turn insight into changes that feel realistic.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe meaningful change begins when you can meet yourself with honesty without turning that honesty into criticism. Therapy can hold both pain and possibility: the parts of life that feel heavy, and the parts that still want connection, joy and purpose. I value a spiritual and holistic perspective while respecting that meaning looks different for every person. We will build the work around what feels true and useful to you, not around a single definition of healing.
