About My Clients
I support women, LGBTQ+ & Neurodivergent individuals who are committed to healing & seeking support for complex trauma, anxiety, late diagnosis ADHD/Autism, major life transitions, grief, low self-esteem/self-worth, burnout, & women's issues. If you want to learn the skills to disrupt unhealthy & outdated relationship patterns, build confidence in your choices & trust in yourself, stop living in survival mode, & rediscover a sense of purpose & joy while connecting with nature, I've got you!
My Background and Approach
I offer a compassionate & nonjudgmental approach so that you can show up as you are & I can meet you there. We will work together to create a path forward that is accessible to you. I partner with nature & use mindfulness, movement, & experiential exercises to help you connect to yourself & the world around you in a safe and meaningful way. In our sessions together, I will invite the power of humor, play, & joy when they will deepen & enrich your experience. I use an integrative approach, pulling from EMDR, Gestalt, & other somatic/experiential therapies to best support your unique healing process. If you choose to work with me, you can expect to feel more regulated in your nervous system & you will learn the tools that will help you build more confidence, connection, clarity, & healthy life-affirming choices & resiliency.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone already has the capacity & the ability to heal within themselves & that it's not that we are broken, but we are trying to adapt to the broken system in which we live. My goal is to support individuals in discovering their own inherent strengths while offering accessible and applicable tools to be able to heal and mend by increasing safety in their bodies, relationships, and environments. I think the following quote captures quite well the systemic issues that we all face, but are particularly pervasive for Neurodivergent individuals: "It is no measure of health to be well-adjusted to a profoundly sick society," by Jiddu Krishnamurti.
