I utilize a mind-body, trauma-informed approach and specialize in individuals who experience trauma, relationship challenges, family conflict, and chronic illness. I believe in utilizing a holistic approach to understanding how life experiences impact not only the mind, but also one's emotional, physical, and relational well-being.
It is possible to feel more connected, fulfilled, and in alignment with yourself. Together, we will get to the root of the challenges you are facing while shedding light on old patterns that are holding you back. For those who face chronic illness, we move towards healing by exploring its holistic impact on your life and body-positive relationship with yourself.
I have over 6 years of experience working in hospital, social service, governmental and educational settings. I have completed the Gottman Institute's Couples Therapy training levels 1 & 2. I am studying at the Ackerman Institute for the Family in their Dual Program.
