About My Clients

I work with high-functioning adults who grew up with emotional neglect, inconsistent caregiving, or childhood trauma. On the outside, you may appear strong and capable, but inside you often feel disconnected, anxious, overwhelmed, or ashamed. You might struggle with intimacy, trust, self-worth, or patterns you can’t explain. Together, we gently uncover what’s underneath so you can feel safer, more connected, and more yourself.

My Background and Approach

My work is rooted in psychodynamic, trauma-informed therapy with a strong focus on inner child healing. I believe our early relationships shape how we see ourselves and others—and unresolved wounds can quietly impact adulthood in ways that feel confusing or overwhelming. In session, the pace is slow, grounding, and relational. I pay close attention to what arises between us, as this often mirrors deeper patterns formed long ago. Rather than rushing toward quick fixes, we explore the emotional imprints that shaped you—especially shame, self-doubt, emotional abandonment, or unmet needs. My approach is warm, attuned, and steady. I provide a safe environment where you don’t have to hold everything together. Over time, we make space for the parts of you that have been overlooked or silenced so you can develop a more secure inner foundation, deeper self-trust, and long-lasting change.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that healing is an intimate and deeply personal process, one that cannot be forced or hurried. Transformation happens when you feel safe enough to slow down, turn inward, and gently explore the emotions you’ve had to disconnect from to survive. I trust in the power of the therapeutic relationship as a place where old patterns can be understood—and new, healthier experiences can emerge. I hold the belief that even high-functioning adults can carry invisible wounds, especially those who learned early on to be the caretaker, the achiever, or the “strong one.” I see therapy as a space where you no longer have to perform or manage everyone else’s needs. My work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and respect for the complexity of your inner world. I believe you deserve a life that feels aligned, connected, and emotionally safe—and that deep, lasting healing is possible when your story is met with warmth, depth, and presence.
