I see clients in Indiana virtually only. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, bipolar, LGBTQIA+ support, ADHD, OCD, trauma, chronic pain, life transitions, progressive illness, spirituality, women's issues, stress, college students, and veterans. My goal is to create a safe space where your voice holds significance, and where your challenges, concerns, and aspirations are met with compassion. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I am trained in trauma-informed care and culturally sensitive practices, with experience working with individuals facing progressive illnesses, the elderly, veterans, LGBTQIA+ clients, and people from diverse religious backgrounds seeking integrated care.
