About My Clients
I work with moms who feel stretched thin, children and teens who feel stuck in worry or attention struggles, and adults coping with burnout, chronic pain, neurodivergence, or past trauma. Many of my clients want to feel calmer, more connected, and more confident in daily life. Whether you’re a parent worried about your child or seeking support for yourself, therapy with me is a safe space to feel understood and to discover tools for lasting relief.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor certified in play therapy and skilled in parent–child work and trauma-informed care. For over 5 years I have supported children, teens, adults, and families through anxiety, attention challenges, and difficult life transitions. I also specialize in working with chronic pain, illness, and neurodivergence, helping clients navigate unique challenges while honoring their strengths. My experience includes collaborating with schools and doctors, which allows me to better support families in and outside of the therapy room. I use approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and Adlerian principles to meet each client where they are. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. together we’ll find tools that fit your life and help you move toward a greater sense of calm and connection. My goal is to leave you with practical skills and lasting confidence that support you and your family to thrive.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be inclusive, compassionate, and affirming. I welcome clients of every background, identity, and ability, and I work to create a space where you feel respected, safe, and truly heard. As a therapist and as a person, I value authenticity and kindness. I believe families thrive when they feel supported and when each member’s unique strengths are celebrated. I am passionate about promoting awareness of neurodiversity and reducing the stigma around mental health, chronic pain, and parenting struggles. I also believe it’s completely okay for moms to admit they feel stressed and worn thin, you don’t have to have it all together. My work is guided by the belief that everyone deserves access to care that honors both their challenges and their resilience. Outside of therapy, I care deeply about building supportive communities, advocating for parents and children, and contributing to a culture where mental health is seen as an essential part of overall wellbeing.
