About My Clients

Do you find yourself putting others’ needs above your own, saying “yes” when you want to say “no,” or feeling drained by the constant pressure to keep the peace? Do you want a space to feel seen, heard, and valued for who you are? Are you seeking support with the mental side of sport to help you stay focused and manage pressures? I know exactly what you're feeling, and can help you navigate these feelings, relationships, and skills to help you feel more in control.

My Background and Approach

I am an LMHC, LCPC, and CMPC in MA and ME. As a relational therapist, I am dedicated to creating meaningful, authentic connections that foster healing and growth. My work is grounded in compassion, empathy, and the belief that our relationships—with ourselves and others—are the foundation for personal transformation. I specialize in working with: LGBTQIA+ individuals, providing a safe, affirming space to explore identity, navigate relationships, and embrace life transitions. Young adults and adults, who are navigating the complexities of stress, anxiety, self-discovery, and personal development. Athletes and performers, helping them harness their mental strengths, overcome performance-related challenges, and thrive under pressure. I approach therapy as a collaborative journey, meeting you where you are and working together toward your goals, whether they involve deepening self-awareness, improving relationships, or unlocking your potential.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

As an affirming queer therapist, I understand the unique challenges and strengths within the LGBTQIA+ community. My goal is to create a welcoming space where you can feel seen, heard, and valued for who you are. Whether you’re navigating questions of identity, seeking support for relationships, or managing the impact of societal pressures, I am here to walk alongside you. I also believe in the power of mindset, resilience, and balance. I work with athletes and performers to address the mental side of success, helping you stay focused, manage pressure, and bounce back from setbacks. Whether you’re competing on the field, performing on stage, or pursuing personal excellence, I tailor my approach to your specific needs and goals. Lastly, I work from a trauma lens. As a trauma-informed therapist, I understand that healing requires a compassionate, supportive environment where you feel safe, respected, and empowered.
