About My Clients
I have experiencing working with all age groups but most of my experience is working with adolescents (12+) and young adults (18+). I also enjoy working with children (6+)! I would love to continue connecting with Asian-American clients, specifically children of immigrant parents.
My Background and Approach
Aria spent 4 years working as a mental health associate at a child & adolescent inpatient unit before receiving her Master's Degree in Integrated Behavioral Health at the University of Minnesota in 2022. She completed her licensing hours as a DBT therapist at Mental Health Systems. Aria is currently working on her Doctor of Psychology degree at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota. I specialize in helping individuals navigate emotional challenges, improve relationships, and achieve personal growth. With a compassionate and client-centered approach, I integrate multiple therapeutic modalities, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Attachment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Feminist Theory, to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs. In a safe, supportive environment, I work with clients to help them understand their emotions, enhance self-compassion, and make lasting positive changes in their lives.
