As a counselor, I strive to create a space of safety and support, where each client feels heard and is comfortable to begin the discovery of themselves and the journey to a happier, healthier life. Choosing counseling is the first step. I am here to assist my clients in creating the personal self, relationships, career, family, and life that they can see in their minds and hearts but are having difficulty forming into reality.

I am focused on counseling adults, as well as children, tweens, adolescents, the elderly, and couples.
