About My Clients
Areinia has extensive experience working with adults, children, and families providing therapy in homes, in communities and in outpatient agencies through community based services. She has experience conducting clinical assessments, group therapy treating anxiety, depression, marital/family issues and other mood and behavioral disorders. Therapy should be non-judgmental, person-centered where the client/families and the therapist can work together to find new solutions for healing.
My Background and Approach
Areinia uses Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, CBT, Structural Family Therapy and Narrative. She works with the client/families to distinguish strengths and weaknesses as a part of the recovery process and she uses a family therapy systemic approach. Areinia is a facilitator of the premarital counseling. Areinia likes to have fun and is known to find something positive in every situation. She enjoys watching others appreciate life and told by others that she is trustworthy, empathetic, positive, honest, encouraging and genuine. Areinia is a Prepare Enrich and SYMBIS facilitator for marital/premarital counseling.

Areinia is a clinician of color and believes in creating a space where all are welcome, the space is affirming and inclusive to all patients.
