About My Clients
I enjoy working with teenagers 14+ and adults who find themselves needing assistance processing various life experiences that have affected their ability to function to their best potential, or who need support and strategies in figuring out their next step due to feeling "stuck". I also enjoy working with clients who have experienced mental health symptoms and/or addiction issues that have interfered with their ability to live their best lives and need support on their journey.
My Background and Approach
I have been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy. I have also been specially trained in trauma, ADHD, mental health issues, and addiction issues.
