About My Clients

Many of my clients are thoughtful, self-aware individuals who notice patterns they can’t fully explain—anxiety in relationships, self-doubt, or emotional overwhelm. Often these struggles are connected to childhood emotional wounds, attachment patterns, or generational trauma. Together we explore these experiences with curiosity and compassion so you can better understand yourself and begin creating healthier relationships.

My Background and Approach

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing trauma-informed therapy for adults across Colorado through telehealth. My work focuses on helping individuals understand how earlier relational experiences can influence present-day emotions, beliefs, and relationship patterns. In therapy, we gently explore the ways childhood experiences, attachment dynamics, and generational patterns may still be shaping your inner world. Together we work to increase emotional awareness, develop self-compassion, and create new ways of responding to yourself and others. My approach is relational, client-centered, and grounded in creating a safe and supportive space. Healing often happens when we are able to slow down, make sense of our experiences, and reconnect with parts of ourselves that may have learned to adapt in difficult environments.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I do this work because I know healing is possible—I’ve experienced it myself. Like many of the people I work with, I come from childhood trauma that was later revealed to be part of a larger generational story. In my early twenties, life felt confusing, difficult, and painful. It took courage to face that pain and learn the tools for healing, and through that journey I found fulfillment, joy, and a healthier relationship with myself. I believe every person has a story that deserves to be heard. Our childhood experiences shape who we become, and along the way we often develop patterns—some we recognize and others we carry unconsciously. Many struggles are rooted not only in our own experiences but also in generational patterns passed down over time. To me, therapy is a compassionate space where we slow down, explore your inner world, and reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been hurt, silenced, or overlooked.
