The populations and issues that I best serve are clients with depression, anxiety, and PTSD. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, individuals, groups, and families.
My Background and Approach
My experience as a therapist intern has been working with individuals who have experienced trauma. I have worked with a variety of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, clients who are on the autism spectrum, clients with chronic illnesses, as well as survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. I am an ally of the LGBTQIA+ community. My specialties include Depression, Anxiety Disorders, and PTSD. My preferred modality is Person-Centered Therapy, which means that I will collaborate with you to create, and work toward, your healing goals. As a clinician, my professional role is to provide a safe therapeutic environment for you as you work toward making fulfilling changes in your life. Reparenting ourselves, connecting with and listening to our Inner Child, and learning our Attachment Style, allows us to develop compassion for ourselves, and to empower ourselves to live more holistic lives.

I consider myself to be a non-denominational Christian. I am an ally of the LGBTQ+ community.
