About My Clients
I work best with women and moms who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally drained by life’s demands. You may be navigating anxiety, depression, identity shifts, motherhood, or major life transitions. Perhaps you’re high-functioning on the outside but exhausted inside. I also support young adults and adults seeking a safe, compassionate space to process stress, trauma, and self-doubt while building confidence, clarity, and emotional resilience.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas with experience in psychiatric, medical, and domestic violence settings. This diverse background allows me to support clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and maternal mental health concerns with both clinical skill and deep compassion. My work in higher-acuity environments has strengthened my ability to remain calm, grounded, and steady—especially when clients feel overwhelmed or stuck. I use an eclectic, evidence-based approach tailored to your unique needs, drawing from CBT, strengths-based, and humanistic modalities. As a veteran and mother, I understand the weight of responsibility, identity shifts, and resilience in real life. Clients often share that they feel safe, heard, and genuinely supported in our work together.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My Christian faith guides how I show up in the world—with compassion, humility, and hope. I believe people are capable of meaningful growth at any stage of life. Anxiety, depression, and overwhelm can arise from many sources—life experiences, stress, trauma, biology, and the coping patterns we develop. While we can’t always control what shaped us, we can learn new ways of responding that bring greater freedom and resilience. I understand firsthand how isolating and overwhelming life can feel, especially during seasons like early motherhood. Working with a therapist and connecting with others can be life-changing, helping you feel seen, supported, and less alone. I strive to create a safe, compassionate space where clients can explore challenges, build coping skills, and move toward greater balance and confidence.
