About My Clients
I have an open policy to work with whoever crosses my door, you may have big issues to work thru or feel like you just need an ear to listen and support you, clients feel validated and relieved to have a trusting caregiver to partner in finding solutions. I will meet you where you are at and together we will look at alternative ways of coping and implementing changes.
My Background and Approach
I will help you with skills that you can use after our very first session. For some it may mean changing thoughts to change feelings and I can help you with a reframe of distressful thoughts or it may mean learning how to utilize deep relaxation and regulating a anxious nervous system.
