About My Clients
I work with individuals who are seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and the experiences, emotions, relationships, and patterns that may be influencing their lives. My clients may be navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, attachment concerns, trauma, or women’s specific needs. I provide a supportive, compassionate space to slow down, explore what lies beneath the surface, and gain greater clarity about what they need and how they want to move forward.
My Background and Approach
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work and began my clinical and educational experience as a Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor. My work has expanded to include relational, emotional, and physical health, with a focus on attachment, relationships, women’s specific needs, anxiety, depression, and trauma. My approach is supportive, compassionate, and focused on gently exploring the deeper experiences, emotions, conditioning, and belief systems that shape how you move through life. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I help you slow down, listen to what is happening underneath the struggle, and develop a fuller understanding of yourself so you can move forward with greater clarity and intention.
