About My Clients

I work with college students experiencing life transitions, anxiety, and differentiation of self. I also work with children, adolescents, and families to address trauma, anxiety, relationship conflict, effective communication, and creating deeper connection and trust. Finally, I work with individuals who are experiencing trauma symptoms, anxiety, life transitions, relationship conflict, parenting issues, and women's issues.

My Background and Approach

I use a holistic (bio-psycho-social-spiritual) lens that is trauma-informed. I teach DBT skills to manage day-to-day stressors. I am also informed by family systems theory. Additionally, I work with college students experiencing the unique stressors of a young adult transitioning toward independence.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe all people are uniquely designed and deserve to be respected and cared for well. I also think that we are all capable of healing. It is my honor to walk alongside my clients as they discover the skills and strategies that help them create a life worth living.
