About My Clients
My practice attracts clients who find themselves at the intersection of trauma, anxiety and addiction. Almost all of my clients have struggled with one, two or all three of these issues, and we often find them deeply intertwined. I can gently guide you through the healing process of self-exploration and real change.
My Background and Approach
Life in 2024 is a big ball of stress for many, and I enjoy looking at those stressors and developing a personalized "tool box" of strategies for coping and stabilizing in today's crazy world. We often feel that our bodies are working against us (panic, anxiety, etc.), but I take a unique approach of really listening to the body to figure out next steps and fresh ways to calm. Healthy tools and perspectives help us let go of unhealthy, self-defeating behaviors or addictions. Incorporating some humor and laughter along the way makes this an enjoyable, collaborative process.
