About My Clients
I work with adults who feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, anxious, or stuck in patterns that no longer feel sustainable. Many of my clients are navigating stress, trauma, life transitions, or relationship and family concerns. I also support parents who are seeking care for their child and want a therapist who is patient, emotionally attuned, and thoughtful. I meet clients where they are and tailor therapy to their needs, pace, and lived experiences.
My Background and Approach
I am an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor with training in trauma-informed, relational, and client-centered therapy. My work is rooted in the belief that healing happens when people feel safe, respected, and genuinely understood, not rushed or judged. In practice, this means I focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship and moving at a pace that feels right for you. I help clients better understand their emotional responses, reduce anxiety and overwhelm, and develop coping tools they can actually use in daily life. I pay close attention to boundaries, nervous system regulation, and the impact of past experiences on present challenges. I work collaboratively, offering support, reflection, and structure while honoring your autonomy and lived experiences. My goal is not to “fix” you, but to help you feel more grounded, confident, and capable of navigating life with greater clarity and self-trust.
