About My Clients

You may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, burned out, or stuck in patterns you can’t seem to shift. Many of my clients want relief from stress, clarity about who they are, or a deeper sense of connection in their relationships. You might be longing for balance, healing from past experiences, or simply wanting to feel more grounded and present. If you’re tired of holding everything together alone and ready for meaningful, sustainable change, you’re in the right place.

My Background and Approach

Therapy with me is a warm, collaborative space where your experiences and strengths are honored. When you are ready to take the next step, you can learn more through the Anicca Counseling website. I can meet with clients during weekends and evenings, including standard business hours. I look forward to supporting you on your path.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I’m a queer-identified counselor and educator who believes deeply in making therapy a place where people feel seen, affirmed, and genuinely supported. My work and my heart are rooted in social justice and community care. Outside the therapy room, I teach social and cultural foundations courses at Oregon State University, which means I spend a lot of time thinking about identity, systems, belonging, and how we make spaces safer and more inclusive for everyone. I’m also a proud and vocal ally—especially for LGBTQ+ communities, neurodivergent folx, and anyone who has felt pushed to the margins. I’m committed to liberation-focused, anti-oppressive practice, and I bring that lens to every session. If you’re looking for a counselor who celebrates authenticity, holds space with compassion, and isn’t afraid to challenge systems that get in the way of your healing, I’m here for it—and here for you.
