About My Clients

My ideal clients are individuals navigating major life transitions, fellow therapists seeking a safe haven, or folks untangling religious trauma, oppressive dynamics, and generational cycles. You belong to kink, poly, or geek spaces and want a relational, uncolonizing space where you never have to explain your identity. Whether processing big life shifts or exploring trauma-informed and psychedelic support, you are ready to set bold boundaries, transform your self-talk, and reclaim your power.

My Background and Approach

I believe the authentic relationship we build together is the heart of your healing. My path to therapy wasn't linear—at 37, I answered a lifelong calling, pivoting from music education (M.M.) and musical theater into clinical work. I’ve always been fascinated by human connection, microexpressions, relational patterns, and translating the unspoken meaning behind how we communicate—channeling a bit of my inner Counselor Troi from Star Trek! As a queer, neurodivergent nerd who plays D&D (casters, always) and adores her two dogs, Chester and Ollie, I bring my genuine self into every session. I’m deeply passionate about therapy, constantly consuming books and media on human connection. My approach is relational, creative, and down-to-earth. I create a cozy space where you can drop the edit, feel understood, and navigate your growth with a therapist who truly gets it. Come sit down—I’d love to get to know you!

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe authentic human connection and love are the core foundations of deep healing and growth. Therapy should never feel like a sterile clinical experiment; it should feel like a warm, welcoming space where you can unmask, be fully yourself, and express your whole truth. I believe in radical acceptance and inclusivity. You should never have to justify who you are—whether you are queer, neurodivergent, kink-identified, polyamorous, or a self-proclaimed nerd. I believe liberation happens when we untangle oppressive power dynamics, religious trauma, and generational cycles. Healing isn't about fixing what is broken; it’s about setting bold boundaries, shifting your internal narrative, and fully reclaiming your power. Rooted in an uncolonizing, trauma-informed, and creative perspective, I believe therapy is a collaborative journey. I approach every person with profound curiosity and care, honoring your inherent wisdom as we walk toward your goals together.
