I help individuals navigate spiritual issues like faith deconstruction, purity culture, integrating sexual orientation and gender identity. You may be experiencing; wrestling with integrating your faith and sexuality / gender identity, adjusting to a loss of a religious tribe and therefore a lost sense of belonging, a collection of homophobic, racist, ableist, patriarchal and/or sex-shaming church practices, and/or a loss of your worldview after engaging in dogmatic, fundamentalist teachings

EMDR is used to help process past traumatic memories so they’ll have less of an impact on your present day. With this model, you do not have to share all the details of the trauma. We will work together to allow your body to create the healing it’s designed to do. We’ll use eye movements or tapping to promote the healing. There are 8 total phases. I have been trained in an approach that also incorporates somatic techniques and attachment theory.

I help individuals heal from traumatic events related to toxic theology and purity culture. You may be experiencing; feeling disconnected from your body and emotions, on edge all the time and have a negative self-image, isolating from important relationships and engaging in impulsive behavior, nightmares, intrusive thoughts, poor sleep and flashbacks.

I help individuals in the perinatal period or who are recovering from a perinatal loss. I can help you as these transitions may completely shift your identity, emotional & physical self. We will collaborate on creating a plan to care for your well-being, values, needs and wants. These experiences are life changing and are not meant to be walked alone. As Dr. Becky Kennedy says, "we can't change the hard, but we can change the alone." I'd be honored to walk the path with you.

I am an IFS informed clinician, meaning I have trained in IFS, but not completed the level one training through the IFS Institute. I have completed trainings in an Intro to IFS class, an IFS-Informed EMDR class & currently am in the IFS Circle training through the IFS Institute. I have engaged in my own personal IFS therapy and found it quite helpful in creating well-being. I enjoy integrating parts work with EMDR as clients they practice embodying the "Self."
