About My Clients
I work with individuals across the lifespan—from adolescents navigating early identity and emotional development to adults seeking clarity and resilience through life’s transitions. I’m especially passionate about supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community, women, and anyone motivated to address challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, or whatever personal experience led them to therapy. My clients are curious, courageous, and committed to building lives that feel balanced.
My Background and Approach
Having lived in multiple cities across the U.S. and traveled internationally, I bring a culturally informed, open-minded perspective to the therapy room. Humor and optimism are cornerstones of my practice; in today’s difficult times, I believe in using warmth and levity as tools for resilience. Don’t be surprised if we start a session chatting about horror films and end with meaningful homework to build new coping strategies. I specialize in validating, educating, and guiding clients through life’s challenges with a blend of empathy and directness. My therapeutic approach is straightforward and unafraid to address discrepancies when they arise—always with the goal of fostering growth and insight. I’m deeply committed to helping clients reach their goals and discover healthier ways of navigating the world. Above all, I strive to build relationships founded on respect, trust, and psychological safety.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Every step of therapy is guided by my commitment to creating a space where lasting change can unfold—and where my clients’ best interests remain at the heart of the work. I believe that all people are capable of growth, and that meaningful progress happens not just in session, but through the practice of skills and coping strategies in everyday life. I believe every person is born equal, and that financial status has nothing to do with moral worth. Love, acceptance, and support aren’t just ideals—they’re lifelines. I also believe in joy: that comedy can elevate mood, that movement is medicine, and that healing doesn’t have to be humorless. For the record—dystopian horror reigns supreme, pop punk makes my cells dance, and yes, spicy food is always worth the burn.
