About My Clients
Clients who are ready to grow in the areas of self-awareness, self-compassion, and self-care will find the support they need to move toward meaningful life goals. Over the course of 12 weeks, we will focus on a specific, personal goal that has previously felt challenging or out of reach. I offer a compassionate, affirming space where clients can build the confidence and clarity needed to take purposeful steps toward greater fulfillment and well-being.
My Background and Approach
Clients begin by identifying a signature goal—a meaningful, personal objective to focus on over the course of 12 weeks. Together, we will develop a personalized self-care plan designed to support and strengthen you throughout your journey. Each session lasts 60 minutes, and at the end of each session, optional homework may be offered, thoughtfully tailored to your resources, lifestyle, and availability. Upon completing the initial 12-week commitment, clients are welcome to renew and continue their progress with a new or evolving focus.
