As a psychotherapist, I am dedicated to supporting clients through a range of life challenges, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, and loss. I understand that exploring feelings can be challenging, uncomfortable, and difficult. I aim to help you navigate your fears, emotions, wants, and needs with compassion and understanding.
My Background and Approach
I take a flexible, whole-person approach to therapy that’s shaped around you and what you need. There isn’t a one-size-fits-all way to do this work, so I draw from different approaches depending on what feels most helpful in the moment. Sometimes that looks like slowing things down and noticing what’s happening in your body, exploring different parts of you that feel in conflict, or making sense of patterns that keep showing up in your life. We can also use practical tools to help you feel steadier, more present, and able to navigate challenges as they arise. My style is collaborative and client-centered. I’m not here to tell you who to be or push you in a certain direction. We’ll work together to build awareness, strengthen your resilience, and support you in making choices that feel more aligned with who you are.
