About My Clients
I work best with individuals, couples, and families who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected and are seeking support through life transitions, relationship stress, grief, anxiety, or emotional regulation challenges. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space for clients who want to better understand themselves, improve communication, and build healthier, more meaningful relationships at their own pace.
My Background and Approach
I am a Marriage and Family Therapy graduate student and intern currently completing my clinical training under supervision. My work is grounded in a systemic and trauma-informed approach, meaning I focus not only on symptoms but also on how relationships, life experiences, and current stressors impact emotional well-being. This approach helps clients gain deeper insight into patterns that may feel confusing or overwhelming and supports lasting, meaningful change. I work with individuals, couples, and families. In sessions, I prioritize collaboration, emotional safety, and respect, ensuring clients feel heard and supported at their own pace. As an intern, I value ongoing supervision, ethical practice, and continued learning to provide thoughtful, high-quality care. My goal is to offer clients a compassionate, nonjudgmental space to build self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and develop practical tools that support resilience, clarity, and personal growth.
