About My Clients
I work with adults and young adults who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand yet. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, stress, identity questions, relationship difficulties, or major life transitions. Some come to therapy feeling unsure where to start, just knowing like something doesn’t feel right. You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in Texas, supervised by Anna Martinez, LPC-S. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have experience working with individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship stress, and life transitions. My approach is relational, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing happens in connection (RCT). I focus on building a safe, respectful relationship where we can slow things down, notice patterns, and better understand what’s coming up for you. That means both inside yourself and in your relationships. I draw from relational and solution-focused approaches, adapting therapy to your needs rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all model. Sessions are paced, and centered on what feels most important to you. I offer telehealth therapy to adults across Texas.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy works best when it’s rooted in mutual respect, curiosity, and authenticity. I value inclusivity and focus to create a space where people feel safe showing up as they are, without pressure to perform, explain, or “fix” themselves. That everyone has natural value, as you are. I’m mindful of how culture, identity, power, and lived experiences shape our mental health and our relationships, and of course our lives. My goal is to offer therapy that feels human, grounded, and authentically supportive.
