My Background and Approach
Using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) among others, you and I can navigate your life’s changes together to help make sense of where you fit in your story. Because I use an integrative approach, your treatment is individually tailored to meet your needs at your pace. After all, it is your brain. You should be the decider of when and how it heals!
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Learning about myself has been an incredible journey–so much so that I now want to help you learn about yourself so that you can once again take control of your life’s story. My belief is that no matter who you are or what your beliefs are, you have the ability to change anything about you in your life.
