I work with Highly Sensitive Adults helping them to discover their strengths! I work with couples in need of better communication skills, pre-marital therapy, and couples on the verge of divorce. Anxiety is the symptom not the problem! I help work towards understanding the root cause of anxiety and how to elevate the symptoms.
