My Background and Approach
As a Mindfulness and Trauma Informed Therapist, I focus on creating a safe therapeutic space for my clients to build self-awareness, discover safety within themselves and empower them for the future. I come from a holistic approach and help you align your mind-body connection. Building awareness and self-empowerment can help you take a moment for yourself and regroup from all of life’s stressors.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am passionate about working with teens and adults within the BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities to resolve past and current traumas. I help clients overcome limiting beliefs, intrusive thoughts, and resolve obstacles that inhibit them from leading their most authentic lives.
