About My Clients
My work centers on supporting LGBTQPIA2S+ couples, individuals, families, and youth who are navigating dating, relationships, identity, and life transitions. Common areas of focus include communication patterns, self-worth and identity development, heartbreak and rejection, exploring sexuality, boundaries and trust, attachment healing, and building healthier, more fulfilling relationships, whether it's to a partner, family member, friend, even yourself.
My Background and Approach
Many people come to therapy feeling stuck, whether that's navigating the dating landscape, relationship dynamics, identity exploration, or patterns that no longer serve them. You might be wondering how to show up as your authentic self, how to build deeper connections, or how to navigate intimacy and vulnerability in a world that doesn’t make space for who you are. Therapy can be a place to slow down, reflect, and create new possibilities. I am deeply committed to ongoing learning and to providing a respectful, collaborative, and affirming therapeutic space. My therapeutic approach is relational, collaborative, and informed by LGBTQ+ affirmative, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive practices. I strive to create a space that is trans-affirming, sex-positive, and respectful of diverse relationship structures, identities, and lived experiences. I value openness, humility, and feedback, and I see therapy as something we actively shape together.
