About My Clients
I am passionate about working with clients to develop healthy boundaries, use positive communication techniques, and develop strategies for healthy change in a supportive space to express all parts of themselves. My primary approach to therapy is person-centered, and involves aspects of motivational interviewing for a collaborative approach to treatment and progress.
My Background and Approach
I utilize techniques that are motivational, strength based, utilize positive psychology techniques, as well as my several years of experience working with adults, adolescents, and children. I have an LCADC; qualifying me to work in areas of substance use, and an ASC and NCC; allowing me to supervise professionals in the field. I can meet you anywhere in New Jersey, as my sessions are provided virtually through a secure telehealth portal. At Mind & Body CCS, we offer free phone consultations and have a comprehensive intake process to make sure you get the most out of therapy. We will take the time to explore what brings you to therapy, decide together what the best treatment may be, and maintain flexibility throughout your journey to accommodate for the ebbs and flows of reality.
