My Background and Approach
I have worked 10 years in the field in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I have experience working with a diverse range of clients and concerns including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, self esteem, body image, relationship issues, stress management, and life transitions. I am deeply committed to your growth and well-being, and I will support you every step of the way as we embark on this therapeutic journey together. My goal is to help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself, foster self-compassion, and empower you to make meaningful changes in your life.
