About My Clients
Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to begin? I work with children, adolescents, and young adults navigating challenges such as anxiety, identity exploration, life transitions, and relationship concerns. Whether you're new to therapy or returning to it, I strive to create a supportive space where you can show up as your authentic self. I provide affirming care for BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and neurodivergent clients and believe our identities matter in the therapy process.
My Background and Approach
Therapy isn't one-size-fits-all, and I believe the best work happens when we collaborate to find what works for you. My approach is strengths-based, affirming, and focused on helping clients gain insight while building practical skills for everyday life. I have experience leading social skills groups for youth with ADHD and autism and supporting students in an elementary school setting. I work with anxiety, OCD, emotional regulation, self-esteem, and life transitions, drawing from ACT, IFS-informed, somatic, and exposure-based approaches. I also enjoy incorporating art, creativity, movement, and nature into the therapeutic process.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing comes from loving and accepting ourselves for who we are. My goal as a therapist is to help clients learn about themselves with curiosity rather than judgement. As someone who is both queer and neurodivergent, I understand the value of having a space to just be yourself. While our personal experiences may not be the same, I strive to create an affirming environment where clients may feel seen, respected, and supported.
