My Background and Approach
I'm a Marriage and Family Therapist with 11 years of experience working in residential, PHP/IOP and outpatient levels of care in substance use disorder treatment. I've also worked in private practice for several years. I have a systemic approach to therapy and love doing individual, couples and family therapy. I am trained in EMDR and use it as a primary modality for treating trauma. My approach is nonjudgmental, empathetic, and direct. I am passionate about helping people become the best versions of themselves, find peace with past traumas, and discover hope for the future. I believe the ability to heal is already within you, it’s simply a matter of feeling ready to take that step and do the work.
