About My Clients
You’re self-aware, thoughtful and tired of feeling emotionally stretched thin. Maybe you replay conversations, question your needs, or feel caught between cultural expectations and your authentic self. You might be navigating anxiety, identity shifts, or relationship patterns that leave you drained. You want clarity and a space where you can show up fully—without over explaining or shrinking yourself.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is warm, relational, and grounded in attachment work. I see therapy as a space where we gently explore the patterns—especially in relationships—that contribute to anxiety, self- doubt and emotional overwhelm. Together, we’ll look at how past experiences shape the way you navigate identity, cultural expectations, communication, and connection today. I offer a warm, reflective environment where you don’t have to defend or overexplain who you are. Our work may include identifying strengths, challenging unhelpful thought patterns, and building clearer boundaries so you can move through relationships with more balance and self-trust. My hope is that therapy helps you feel more authentic—with yourself and with others. I’ve worked in mental health for over 10 years, both locally and internationally, supporting individuals and families through life transitions, identity shifts, and periods of change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone deserves access to a safe, affirming space to grow, reflect and live more authentically. Therapy isn’t just for moments of crisis—it’s a place to better understand yourself, your relationships, and the systems that shape your experiences. As a member of the queer community, I’m committed to advocacy, education, and supporting families of all structures. I care deeply about human rights and stay actively engaged in my community, particularly around immigrant justice and belonging. Outside of my work, I find joy in fostering and adopting animals, and I love watching and participating in women’s sports. These values—community, equity, and compassion—ground both my life and my clinical work.
