About My Clients
I have experience supporting individuals who are navigating anxiety, depression, life stressors, and emotional regulation challenges. My professional background includes working in clinical mental health settings where I’ve supported people with a wide range of needs, including mood disorders, psychotic disorders, depressive disorders, maternal concerns, neurodivergent areas, and anxiety-related concerns. I use a variety of evidence-based modalities to fit your needs.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative and person-centered—I believe that each individual already has strengths within them, and my role is to help you uncover tools, insight, and confidence to navigate life’s challenges. In my practice, I strive to create a space that feels calm, supportive, and judgment-free. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, going through a transition, or simply looking for a place to process your thoughts and emotions, my goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and empowered as you move toward the life you want.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I strongly believe in equity, inclusion, and creating spaces where people feel accepted, understood, and valued for who they are. My practice is rooted in a neurodiversity-affirming approach, recognizing and celebrating the unique strengths, perspectives, and experiences of each individual. I am committed to providing a welcoming environment for people of all backgrounds, identities, and abilities, including members of the LGBTQ+ community. I believe that every person deserves compassionate, respectful care that honors their lived experiences, promotes self-advocacy, and supports meaningful growth. My goal is to help clients feel safe being their authentic selves while building the skills and confidence to navigate life's challenges.
