About My Clients
My clients are intelligent, talented, and hard-working people who are committed to working on becoming the best versions of themselves. They may have some symptoms of anxiety or depression that are getting in the way of their professional endeavors at work, which is likely causing stress at their job. They may need some support in understanding how their thoughts and behaviors are impacting their relationships. My clinical work is focused on getting you to that next level.
My Background and Approach
Working with clients from a wide range of clinical populations and backgrounds, it is a personal clinical preference to utilize structure in my therapy sessions with you. I draw from a range of research-based treatment approaches in my practice including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-Based treatment. These treatment approaches have been found to be effective in treating a variety of issues including anxiety, stress, and relationship issues. However, I also appreciate utilizing different interventions from a variety of treatment modalities to meet my client’s needs at that time. In my treatment approach with clients, I assess for a variety of different factors and try to meet you where you are at with therapeutic techniques that are specifically tailored for you.
