I have extensive experience working with people who are struggling with past trauma. While we can't erase the trauma, I can help guide you forward without feeling handcuffed to the pain of your past. I also work with hopeful parents and new parents on issues related to parenthood, pregnancy and the postpartum experience. I work with all types of people struggling with anxiety, depression, past trauma, relationship issues, stress, attachment and family of origin issues.

I integrate techniques from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, attachment-based therapy, and trauma-informed care. My practice is rooted in empathy and openness, ensuring that you feel heard, valued, and supported throughout our work together.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I first came to therapy as a client and have experienced the benefits firsthand. If you feel stuck, worried about your future, down on yourself, or just having trouble with the stresses of life, I have been there and I know how overwhelming it can feel. I am passionate about helping you uncover and utilize your unique strengths and find your way towards self-love. My goal is for you to give yourself the same compassion I will provide to you as your therapist.
