My goal is to create a safe space for you to be authentically you. You are the expert on your life and I am here to help you expand on your strengths as well as hold you accountable for reaching your goals. I have been a licensed Social Worker since 2007 and am both a certified grief counselor and an ADHD services professional.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
So here's what I've learned along the way: 1. Transformation is not linear. 2. Transformation is a daily event. 3. You are your own best healer. I am here to help you on your path of transformation and healing.
