My clients come to me with resiliency and strengths that have been pushed to the limit from life's challenges and diagnoses such as ADHD and Anxiety. My Background and Approach
I am a licensed clinical Social Worker, practicing since 2007. I am currently licensed in KS, MO, NC and TN and provide telehealth services. My areas of specialty are: grief and loss, ADHD, OCD and anxiety. I take a collaborative approach to help you find your areas of strengths and areas for growth, work to challenge negative thinking patterns and learn tips and tricks for better overall functioning and growth. I am very solution focused and strengths based.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My goal is to create a safe space for you to be authentically you. You are the expert on your life and I am here to help you expand on your strengths as well as hold you accountable for reaching your goals. Therapy can be challenging as you are growing and pushing your own limits. I am here for you on that journey. I have been a Social Worker since 2007 and am constantly learning and growing as our profession changes and advances. I am a licensed ADHD Clinical Services Professional as well as a supervisor for LMSW clinicians.
