Feeling a loss of control can be debilitating and I’m here to help you. I have experience working with children, families, adults, and elderly from diverse backgrounds. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, and trauma that are caused by childhood attachments/experiences, life transitions, or family/relationship issues.

In treatment, you’ll gain awareness, insight, and healthy coping skills to make positive changes. My goal is to help you navigate these challenges, at your pace.
