I am trained in couple therapy and relationship therapy approaches that have been researched and shown scientifically to work well. My approach in therapy is collaborative, warm, and empathetic. I balance giving you support as well as challenging you towards more growth. I have dedicated my career towards helping couples and I continue to work on advancing my knowledge in the field regularly. I am a licensed psychologist in California (License Number: PSY25708)
