My Background and Approach
I take an integrated approach to therapy that is both relational and person-centered. To me, therapy is a collaborative experience in pursuit of understanding the authentic self and healing through the therapeutic relationship. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that healing happens through relationships, both the relationship we will build in therapy and the relationship you develop with yourself. I see therapy as a collaborative process rooted in empathy, curiosity, and honesty, rather than judgment. I believe people are deeply shaped by their experiences, and that with understanding and compassion, even long-standing patterns can shift. My role is not to tell you who to be, but to help create a space where your authentic self can emerge, be understood, and be supported. I believe meaningful change occurs when insight, emotional safety, and connection come together, and that therapy should feel both grounding and empowering.
