About My Clients
I work with navigating big life transitions: identity, relationship fallout, burnout, anxiety, trauma, grief. My clients are the ones everyone leans on, carrying unseen emotional labor while holding it together and enduring the pain in the shadows. I offer a safe, allied space for LGBTQ+ clients, trauma-informed care, and those exploring spirituality outside traditional frameworks, including the sacred feminine path. Ready to stop pretending and step into a life created by your own wisdom?
My Background and Approach
I hold an MA in Professional Clinical Counseling and am a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC). My work centers on empowerment, cultural competency, and racial justice. I bring decades of experience in women's spirituality and herbal medicine, trained by a Native American medicine woman, and embrace ceremonial work alongside embodied wisdom. My intermediate Somatic Experiencing training is trauma-informed, helping explore the unsaid, no narrative needed. I blend evidence-based practice with client-centered guidance that calms the nervous system and builds tools for change. I identify as a feminist-informed matriarchist: fighting for equality in a system never built for us is moot, and clients facing daily inequity need something different. Our work moves beyond talk into the body, where what we carry lives. On the sacred feminine path, I offer affirming space for clients exploring faith outside convention. My goal: help you leave feeling like yourself, confident, no apology.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I'm unabashedly progressive, and I don't believe in neutrality when it comes to human dignity and respect. None of us are truly free until all of us are free, and that belief shapes how I show up in the room. I identify as a feminist-informed matriarchist: we are defined and empowered by our being, not our constant doing. You are allowed to rest without guilt. You are allowed to create without justifying it. You are allowed to disengage from systems built to keep us stuck, exhausted, and divided. You are allowed to say NO. I believe love is more powerful than hate, every single time. Outside sessions, I build banned book libraries, paint, photograph the beauty around me, and relish creating nourishing meals. I hold a safe space for clients navigating identity, inequity, and the daily weight of existing in a world not built for them. My work is lighthouse energy: steady, illuminating your path and the rocks ahead; here for the parts of you that have felt unseen for far too long.
